Arya samaj was founded by Swami Dayanand Saraswati in 1875 at Mumbai. Arya Samaj is very much influenced by Vedas and so the weddings in Arya Samaj community too performed as per vedic rites. As Arya Samaj doesn’t believe in Idoltory, the Arya Samaj Wedding ceremony simply performed with fire and other elements. Marriages in Arya Samaj community are different from the normal Hindu marriages as it doesn’t believe in all the customs and traditions as it involves in Hindu marriages.
